I can't duplicate this one.  Can you send a small sample?

Regaurding getting the DC of a wxButton the wxGTK author says that it can be
made to work but probably not for many of the other controls.  He also
wonders if this is the right thing to do meaning that it might be better if
you create your own type of control derived from wxControl or from wxWindow
and simulate button behavior instead of trying to change wxButton so much.
I don't fully agree with that but he does have a point.
