[wxPython] Core dump in Directory Choose dialog

I ran the demo.py for the new release and it core dumped
when trying to display the directory chooser dialog.


My setup is :  Redhat 5.2, gtk+-1.2.3, wxGTK-2.1.0-9

               and wxPython 2.1b3

Yup, same here. wxWindows' current generic dir dialog is broken. The
debugger tells me that the treectrl inside the dialog tries to calculate its
size and thereby references a NULL imagelist pointer.

I'm sure this'll be fixed by the next wxWindows/wxPython snapshot. Until
then the dir dialog is off limits, I guess.
