[wxPython] 2.1.13 -- Default icon showing up in frames instead of explicitly created ones

Is there a 16x16 icon in that file?  The desiredWidth and desiredHeight are
used for extracting an icon of the given size, not for resizing.  If you drop
those parameters it should work, the frame will resize the icon for use on
the titlebar.
